The editor-in-chief has the exclusive right to assign papers to members of the editorial board. The editors reserve the right to reject any manuscript that is not completely legible or does not conform to the standards given in the Instructions for authors.
All papers are independently reviewed by two peer reviewers. The reviewers fill in due time a standard evaluation form. The reviewers' suggestions or requests for modifications are anonymously communicated to the authors. The final acceptance of the paper is conditional on authors addressing the anonymous referees comments.
